How to grow long healthy hair?

Did you know that you can speed up the process of growing your hair?

Make your hair grow faster with our help and simple tricks.

Hello, long hair lovers! How are you? Welcome to the page full of tips for growing your hair.

Let’s start with the basics.

When you are the owner of mid-long, or very long hair, no matter what type of hair is yours, you have to hydrate or moisturize your hair. Longer hair is dehydrated or even damaged, and it needs vitamins, lipids, and proteins.

Nevertheless, long hair is “old”. Hair ends were born on the root of the hair. The longer your hair is, the older your ends are. When it gets older, your hair loses keratin and can break and split easier.

That’s why we have a whole range of products specially designed for ends (cremes, oils, sprays). They are called products for mature hair or sometimes age renew hair products. Just to be clear it has nothing to do with your actual age. It is all connected with age of your hair, with how many years you are growing the length of your hair.

Rule number one is to maintain your ends healthy.

Using a special product for your ends is an obligation.

Nourishing leave-in hair serums help to protect against breakage. The non-greasy formula uses a host of powerful ceramides and protein to seal the hair cuticle whilst a blend of lipids creates a smooth surface. Shiny hair with healthy ends. A perfect combination.

Split ends are like a disease that spreads more and more. If you don’t stop this (by cutting your ends) your hair will grow from the roots, but falling apart from the ends. You will think that your hair is actually not growing.

This is the answer. Keep your ends healthy, with a regular haircut (3-6 months, depending on your hair type, and the level of damage).

For instance, if you color or bleach your hair, you have to cut it more frequently. If your hair is naturally dry and dehydrated is the same rule.

When you see and notice that your ends are dry, your hair is harder to comb than usual, it’s time for the haircut. This is the golden rule!

Now, let’s get to the point! When you make sure that your ends are good and healthy, you can move to the next step. Directly to the scalp.

Normally hair grows about 1.5cm for a month period. In case of a hormonal disbalance, it can grow even less. But, there are certain hacks that can boost your hair growth.

  • Comb your hair after washing – And do it properly. Don’t be afraid of losing hair while combing. If your hair is falling out, there is nothing to worry about. Losing 150 hair shaft per day considers normal. It is a life circle of your hair. If you notice your hair is thinner than you have a reason to worry about it. Otherwise, no.
  • Massage your scalp with the shampoo – You will boost the circulation and improve hair growth. Besides that, you will wash your hair in a proper way for sure
  • Condition your hair regularly. Don’t let your hair be dehydrated. If your hair is dry or damaged, you will stick with one length for a long period. It’s very important to maintain your whole hair in a healthy condition.
  • Use masks made from natural ingredients. Here are a few recipes and ingredients that totally work:

Coconut oil

Rub it gently onto your scalp, and spread it all over your hair. Coconut oil is a great natural ingredient that boosts your hair growth and hydrates the hair shaft. Great substance. Just make sure you buy organic.

Coffee

Caffeine is a great booster. You can simply mix it with the warm water and apply it directly onto your scalp with good massaging moves.

Egg and honey

Also, an excellent mixture for hair growth. Apply the ingredients, massage well, and rinse out after half an hour.

Beer

Vitamin B increases hair growth. Wet your hair with beer, rub it into your scalp, and rinse off after half an hour.

Onion juice

Boil one peeled onion in 500ml of water. Wait for the mixture to cool of, and rub it onto your scalp.

Baking soda

Mix it with your shampoo – Not only that you will promote growth, but you will do a perfect scrub.

Apple cider

However, you can surprise your hair with some of these homemade masks once per week, or twice per month.

You should invest a little bit of effort, and have enough patience to see the results. Your hair cannot grow overnight, of course, but you will notice the difference after one month.

Many of you will reach the goal after three months, following our tips thoroughly.
