How to prevent hair loss

There are many different reasons that cause this problem, some of them are:

  • Genetics
  • Stress
  • Lack of vitamins
  • Diet

Therefore, in most cases, you cannot detect the cause of why your hair is falling out, but the first advice is to do the laboratory analysis of your blood to see if there is a lack of hemoglobin or some mineral.

If you have a lack of hemoglobin in your blood, you should change your diet and eat a lot of vegetables, especially green ones (spinach, cabbage, lettuce), food enriched with vitamin C (lemon, orange, plums, etc.) egg yolk, potatoes, salmon, red meat. If you are vegetarian or vegan, then beans, peas, etc. You should take some Omega 3 complex as well.

Remember, if you wish to have a good-looking, healthy hair, the very first step is to take care of your well-being, be healthy from the inside and your hair will follow. As a result, you will be healthy, without any ’hair’ issue.

Beside this, you will have to take one more step. You will have to apply some vitamins directly on your scalp.

Here is what you can do:

My story

My hair loss story is an honest confession from a woman facing a serious problem with hair loss that destroyed my self-esteem. Luckily, I solved this problem after three long years. I’ve tried several different methods and a bunch of hair products. In the end, 90% of these products and tactics were a simple waste of time.

Now, I want to share with you guys what was the best mixture that saved my hair. You don’t have to lose three years, a lot of nerves and in the end – a quite amount of money.

So let’s start from the beginning.

Hair loss is the most horrible problem you can have with your hair. Unfortunately, this is a very common problem, that many people need to deal with.

I wanted to grow my hair back, and I was terrified of how my hair looked. I was in the early twenties, and I couldn’t accept that I will lose my hair. I didn’t want even to imagine that at one moment I could be bold.

This was a silent killer of my self-esteem. I wasn’t in a good mood at all. I knew I had to do something.

Therefore, I started to learn and to invest all my energy to grow my hair back. I have tried several different methods. I have spent quite an amount of money, buying special shampoos, ampoules, lotions, etc.

I have read so many articles based on hair loss subject, medical studies as well.

In the end, I won. My hair is healthy and beautiful now. It looks like I never had a hair loss problem before.

My hair was always healthy. I wish it was thicker, but its what the mother nature gave me, and it looks good, anyway. It was always long and shiny as well.

I had a lot of problems with gaining weight, so all the time I was on a diet.

I decided to try with the protein diet.

To make a long story short, I had incredible results, and I was super happy with my diet. I have lost about 35 kg in six months.

Frankly, I was super committed, and I didn’t make any mistakes with my diet. Also, I was doing exercises almost every day. I felt awesome.

Obviously, my hair didn’t like this diet. Since I’ve cut with all the vitamins from fruits and vegetables, my hair didn’t have enough nutrients to remain healthy. I’ve noticed dryness and hair fall, more than usual.

To be honest, I wasn’t paying attention to my hair a lot, I was occupied with my diet and results that came fast. I was super happy.

Consequently, my hair was thinner, I’ve started to notice the difference every single day it seemed. My friends started asking me what is happening with my hair. It was so fine and lifeless.

However, I could see my scalp in the upper part. My hair was literally transparent on the top. That was horrible. Besides that, it was incredibly dry, shineless and porous.

I have started using hydration masks, but nothing helped. I was desperate. Leave-in products, oils, masks, shampoos, my bathroom started to look like a cosmetic salon. Unfortunately, nothing helped.

As an experienced hairdresser, I was so devastated that I couldn’t help myself when it comes to hair. Therefore, I had to go deeper into the problem.

Luckily for me, I am a person who likes to read and investigate.

I realized that my problem came from a nutritional deficit because it all started with my diet. Therefore, I wanted to check my health, and I did a complete exam in the hospital. My results were good, fortunately.

Furthermore, I’ve started to speak with nutritionists, and I found books about nutrition facts, and what can diet do to our entire body.

In the end, we can’t affect our genetics or age, but we can certainly have control over our diet.

Finally, when I’ve changed my diet, I’ve noticed significant changes in my hair’s appearance and nails. No matter what hair type you have, or is it long or short, damaged or natural, your hair needs vitamins and the right nutrients. The specific vitamins are A, B, C, D, E, and nutrients: Zink, Iron, Protein.

The essential part of the hair care comes from the inside of our body. If your hair has enough vitamins, it will be in good condition. Furthermore, with one or two specific products for your hair type, it will look fantastic.

Besides that, being in a nutritional deficit brings your whole body in a stage of suffering. It’s not good for the immune system as well.

The best food for your hair

As I said, your hair needs vitamins and nutrients. Here is a list of superfood for your hair:

  • Eggs – Biotin and protein
  • Berries – Vitamin C
  • Spinach – Vitamin A and C
  • Sweet potatoes – Vitamin A, Beta-carotene
  • Sweet peppers – Vitamin C
  • Avocado – Vitamin E
  • Nuts – Vitamin E, B, fatty acids, Zinc
  • Beans – Protein
  • Seeds – Zink, Selenium, and Vitamin E
  • Fatty fish – Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids
  • Oysters – A significant level of zink
  • Shrimps – Vitamin D
  • Meat – Iron and Protein

Don’t forget to drink enough water. Without enough water in your body, using the best hydration products for your hair will not be helpful, for sure.

If you don’t eat everything from the list, it’s ok, adding at least three different types of vitamins and nutrients will be enough to start noticing the difference. Take care of your hair. It’s your crown for the rest of your life.

The hair care routine

Finally, when you provide these vitamins to your hair, your goal of having healthy hair is so close. I’ve tried so many products, that did nothing to solve my hair loss problem. As a result of constantly searching and buying lots of products, I discovered the super combination, finally!
