Deep conditioning treatment at home

We are going to share with you one quick recipe, one mixture of the very strong products, that will recover your hair instantly. Our deep conditioning treatment is not from one line of products. It’s a great mixture, that we and our clients love so much!

This special mixture suits every hair type, it is simply a vitamin and protein complex. Powerful, more resistant, well-hydrated, moisturized hair in the end? Fantastic!

This is is the most intensive, the strongest, and the best hair care therapy.

A ’salon’ deep conditioning treatment is the best option, but sometimes you don’t have time for that. And sometimes it’s easier to do it at home, doing some other things at the same time, or just relaxing. For me, this hair care routine is a little “ME time”.

Nevertheless, just do it on a regular base, constantly, and your hair will always be ’fit’

Deep conditioning treatment is the best advice, the best thing with the best effects on your hair!

Why do we love it so much?

Because it repairs your hair instantly, making the vast difference between before and after, an appearance of your hair. Repairs and fixes your hair so good, that you can see the results after the first usage. Long-Lasting effects. Isn’t that amazing?

First step – Deep cleansing shampoo

How do you exactly do a deep conditioning treatment?

Everything starts with the shampoo. For the best effect, you should use a deep cleansing shampoo.

Here is why:

  • There are invisible layers around each hair strand. The layers are made of dirt, styling products, dust, sebum, smoke, etc. With regular washing, we are not removing every piece of these things. Something stays on the hair. It’s not good or recommendable to wash your hair regularly with a deep cleansing shampoo. Once in a month is entirely enough to satisfy all your needs. The deep treatment has a long-lasting, stronger and deeper effect than any other hair mask. Of course, when you do it properly.

  • So, the thing with a deep-cleansing, clarifying shampoo is that this kind of shampoo opens your cuticle more, and cleanses your hair deeply. After this shampooing, your hair will absorb double more vitamins or proteins from a product, than usual. If you continue with some deep – intense mask, you will score a bingo!

To be more clear, I’ll give you an example:

You all have heard for a skin peeling, right? You use a scrub, or sea salt, or anything similar to clean your skin, massage this product for better cleanse, and than apply some nurturing product. After this procedure, your skin is silky as a satin, right?

This is a deep conditioning treatment in the hair’s world. Exactly this. A “Scrub” is a “Deep cleansing shampoo” and a “nurturing crème” is an “intensive hair mask”.

Personally, I am in love with skin peeling and deep conditioning treatment, and I like to do these two at the same time. I feel so great after.

A small “girly” advice:

Pick the one day in a month for your beauty, and do these two together. This can be your “beauty day” . You gonna feel great.

Ok, now go back to our subject. For deep cleansing we recommend you:

Label.M Deep cleansing shampoo

This shampoo removes excess oils and product build-up. Enriched with soy and wheat proteins to help strengthen hair. It also contains peppermint, eucalyptus and tea tree oil which naturally remove residue. Really great choice and with natural ingredients, one of our favorites. Forever! We promise to make test of the best professional deep cleansing shampoos on the market, and publish the results.

The second step – The treatment

Now, we got to the most important step. It’s very easy, you need to towel-dry your hair, put on the chosen intensive hair mask or natural product like honey, coconut oil, olive oil, egg, avocado…evenly spread and that’s it.

To make the product spread everywhere, you have to make sections. You can make those with a comb, or with your finger and nail. The hair section doesn’t have to be perfect, you are not doing highlights, so relax. If it’s a little bit messy, it’s still will be great in the end.

Make from 3-5 sections, it’s up to you. You start from your forehead and end on your neck. If you do three sections, put one in the middle, all over your head, from forehead till neck, and the other two put on the sides of your head.

Put the product from roots to the top. You not gonna massage it in your roots, for this exist special scalp nurturing products.

The trickiest part is to select the best product. Now, we are going to help you to choose the right one.

There are some amazing hair masks on the market and we have tried a lot of them as professional hair dressers. It gets really tricky because first, you need to know your hair type and shape. Second, you need to know in which state your hair currently is.

In general there is thick, normal and fine hair type and then there is curly, wavy and straight shape and then your hair can be natural, colored, bleached, permed, keratin treated, dry and/or damaged hair condition.

We would like to warn you that natural ingredients used as deep conditioning treatments can be great or completely failure. For example if you have curly, thick, dry hair and you never colored it, and you put coconut oil as deep conditioning mask you will love the result. On the other hand, if you have blonde, fine and damaged or dry hair and you use olive oil as your preferred nurturing mask do not get stressed if your beautiful blonde hair color is changed in some green shade. We will get to the bottom of this in one of our next blog posts.

If you have a foil to wrap your hair in it, that would be great. The foil and the warm towel. You can heat it up with the hairdryer. Every hair mask penetrates into the hair shaft better and deeper when is warmer. Your cuticle opens more and absorbs more beneficial ingredients from the treatment. Leave it on for 30 minutes or 1 hour, heated, under the foil and towel. Rinse it off.

And the second part is over. One more step to go, and you are done and satisfied with new state your hair will be.

The third part

It is the easiest one – It’s just the conditioner.

This is a very important, final part of the deep conditioning treatment. Conditioner closes your cuticle, and “lock in” the benefits longer in your hair shaft. Sounds incredible, right?

After you rinse the hair mask, put on a small quantity of hydrating conditioner, everywhere on your hair. Comb it thoroughly, and rinse it out.

It will make your hair super silky, soft and shiny. You gonna love it, for sure!

And, bye-bye dry hair, your deep conditioning treatment is done!

How often should you do it?

Once in a month, more or less. Every hair type is different.

You are the boss. When you see that your hair have lost some shine, elasticity, and moisture, go for the deep treatment. Observe your hair, and you can feel the right moment.

If you do it more often, that’s ok. Your hair will absorb every vitamin needed. With too many treatments, you can lose time and money, but your hair won’t suffer. Of course, if you over-do it, your hair can be greasy.

Find the middle, once in a month is enough, your hair will be nurtured, well-hydrated and healthier. And yes, your hair loves deep conditioning treatments! That is an injection of vitamins for your hair.

  9. Too many people are not aware that fast growth shampoos (obviously with no sulfates, no parabens and no DEA) even exist. Individuals can now experience longer hair and enjoy more alternatives. For sure worth researching.

Whether you’re going over alopecia, hair damage, preventing scalp disorders, hair growth, hair care in general, very similar principles apply.

Generally, you want to steer clear of hair treatments and products that contain chemicals such as parabens, DEA and sulfates.

What’s beneficial for your hair is beneficial for your skin as well.

For obvious reasons your content on this page is so accurate for various reasons. It stays away from the common mistakes and mistakes too many fall into: using ineffective alternatives. Greatly appreciated!
